Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society (AARCS): We love AARCS, like LOVE them and did you know that we foster for them, too! Muttley Crüe houses and looks after between 1-8 foster dogs at time which means these amazing dogs get the socialization and love they need while waiting for their forever homes. AARCS and their incredible volunteers will stop at nothing to give any animal the fighting chance they deserve and their dedication all creatures big and small is what makes them our #1 rescue friends!
Alberta Spay Neuter Task Force (ASNTF): They are a team of veterinarians, vet techs and volunteers that travel to and team up with various First Nations Communities in Alberta to help tackle the issue of pet over population. This team of incredible people spay, neuter and vaccinate up to 400 dogs and cats over one weekend and help place hundreds of animals in loving homes. Muttley Crue spent 6 years travelling along with them donating time and grooming services so this is an organization that’s extremely close to our hearts!
Stardale Women’s Group: Stardale Women’s Group offers a prevention model of life skills and literacy program in Calgary to at –risk Aboriginal girl’s ages 10 to 17 years. There is no cost for the girls to attend the program, however, it means, Stardale must raise funds to operate. As a female owned and operated business, we know first hand how important education, life skills and confidence are for our young girls!
