What is a trial day
A trial day is simply a single day of daycare that we offer for a $10 donation towards one of four, amazing local charities!
Our trial days require a minimum of 5 hours to allow each dog to settle into their new environment so that we can get a good idea on whether our open play style will be a good fit for your pet.
Kenneling is an integral part of our operations and provides a safe place for your pet to eat meals, have a quick break, and to enjoy much needed personal space throughout the day, Kennel breaks are a very small but essential part of each day, so trial day dogs must be able to pass our kennel test with a score of at least 4/5.

Do you separate by size?
Yes! Dogs are separated by size and temperament to provide a safe and fun atmosphere!
Do you have a yard space?
We have a fully fenced (10 foot high) , turfed and web cammed yard space that is accessible to all daycare and boarding dogs throughout the day.
What does a typical day look like?
Because we are a smaller facility it allows us to structure each dogs day on an individual basis meaning dogs get breaks when they need them allowing for maximum play-time! Lunches are from 11:30 - 12:30. Dogs are kennelled for one hour to allow proper digestion and to reduce the risk of bloat in our large chested friends. Open concept play time is from 6:30am - 5pm
Do you offer daycare passes and how long are they valid for?
We offer frequent player passes for 10 and 20 days. All passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire one year from date of purchase. Prices can be found under our pricing tab.
What certifications do your staff have?
All of our staff, including our overnight caregivers, are PackPro certified in Dog Body Language, Group Management, New Dog Assessments, Customer Service, and Canine Health, First Aid, and CPR.
WHAT ARE YOUR DROP OFF TIMES?
Our drop off times are from 6:30am - 12pm, Monday-Friday, and 9am - 12pm on weekends and holidays. Please note all check-ins must be completed before 12pm to ensure proper introductions and group safety.
