How long are grooming appointments
Grooming appointments are 4-5 hours long to allow for a stress free experience for your little loved ones. This involves lots of breaks,
play time with other dogs, snoozing on big comfy beds in the sun, and lots of love and cuddles with staff and groomers.
Dogs have free access to water at all times and pee breaks daily at 11am and 3pm.
Because we will never rush through a cut and our days are always different, sometimes appointments
may run late but we will do our best to notify you if our day is running behind.
Please be understanding that our focus is on safety and well-being so if a dog in our care needs extra time,
slower handling or more breaks, we will always accommodate what’s best for them.
Please wait for a phone call to notify you that your buddy is ready to go before showing up.

Can I drop off early?
You bet!! We know just how busy our clients are so we allow drop offs as early as 6:30 am and pick-ups as late as 7pm. Daycare is always complimentary with any full service groom!
can i drop off late?
Due to our high volume, appointments are on a strict schedule so late arrivals may not be accommodated. We know things happen (ie: Deerfoot!) so if you are running behind please make sure to call ahead of time to ensure your groomer is able to accommodate you if you’re late otherwise we would be more than happy to reschedule. Please be advised that a $40 fee will apply to no show or late appointments that need to be rescheduled to cover the groomers expense of the missed appointment.
is there a cancellation policy?
A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or a $40 fee will be applied.
Please remember that our incredible grooming team work on a contract basis (much like a hairdresser) so late appointments, no shows,
or appointments that are cancelled without ample time to fill directly impact their ability to earn a living.
Please give as much notice as possible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.

can i request a specific groomer?
are dogs allowed to be free roaming?
Dog that are free roaming must be current on their DHPP and Rabies vaccines
and must be spayed or neutered if they’re over the age of 6 months.
Dogs that do not meet the requirements will be set up in a kennel with a blanket and water and given regular pee breaks.
PLEASE notify your groomer of any health conditions or if there are changes in your dogs general well being
(ie: no one wants to be on the wrong end of explosive diarrhea! HA!)
