How do I sign up?
Do I need a trial day?
Yes. All new clients will need a trial day of daycare and three full days of daycare completed before any new reservation/boarding stay. Dogs that have completed the requirements, but have not attended daycare in over three months will be required to complete one day of refresher daycare prior to their boarding stay. Dogs that have not attended daycare in 6 months or more, will be required to complete a minimum of two days of refresher daycare within two weeks of their boarding stay.
What are your requirements?
All dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP and bordatella (kennel cough) vaccinations, spayed or neutered if over the age of 6 months and
must be good with other dogs and people. Dogs must be a minimum of 12 weeks old with two sets of vaccinations.

Do you kennel overnight?
Kenneling dogs overnight is essential to maintaining a safe and healthy environment overnight.
Dogs do not sleep well in large open groups, in an unfamiliar settings, surrounded by dogs they don't know. Think of kenneling more as locking everyone else out so that your pet can let their guard down and sleep soundly.
With reduced, overnight staffing, there is no way to provide proper supervision to multiple groups of dogs sleeping in different rooms.
Our facility is fully sprinklered, with a current fire plan, and certification in emergency preparedness. Having our overnight guests sleeping securely in one contained area is the safest possible place for them to be in case of an emergency.

What are your drop off times?
Drop off times are between 6:30am and 12pm (noon) and 9am-12pm (noon) on weekends and holidays. Early drop offs allow each dog to be properly introduced and integrated into the group and allows them to tire out with the rest of their friend so everyone can get a good nights sleep!
What time is pick up?
Pick up for boarding is by noon on the last day. Clients are more than welcome to
pick up as late as 7pm on weekdays and 5pm weekends and holidays but a
$30 fee will be applied to cover the final/last day of daycare.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETS OR MEDICATIONS?
WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR FIDO'S STAY?
Please bring enough food for your pets plus a few extra days just incase something gets help up and your pet needs to stay a few extra nights Bowls for food and water will be provided.
It is very common for pets to not want to eat for a few days so adding treats, wet food, or their favourite meal toppers into their overnight bag is great way to entice them to eat!. Muttley toppers can be added for small fee.
If you are bringing along medications, please ensure that you are providing pill poppers or some edible vessel in which to administer the medications.
We do provide orthopedic bedding for each pet overnight, but encourage pet owners to bring a bed or blanket with them (please limit to one item, and no xxl beds). It makes a big difference for your pet to be able to snuggle into their own bedding at night with familiar smells from home :)
**Please note that pets who are provided bedding that chew or rip apart the bedding will have a $40 replacement fee added to their reservations.

Black out dates on package pricing are from Friday - Monday on long weekends, and from December 15 - January 7th.
Black out dates allow us to maintain the highest quality of care while still being able to offer the most competitive rates
