How do I sign up?

Just click the “BOOK NOW” link under our booking tab and you’ll automatically be directed to our Gingr software system. 
Once there, just register as a new client and the system will prompt you for all the information we need from you!

Do I need a trial day?

Yes.  All new clients will need a trial day of daycare completed before any new reservation/boarding stay.  Every daycare and
​boarding facility is set up differently so trial days of daycare are essential in making sure that we’ll be a good fit for Fido!

What are your requirements?

All dogs must be current on rabies and DHPP vaccinations, spayed or neutered if over the age of 6 months and
​must be good with other dogs and people.  Dogs must be a minimum of 12 weeks old with two sets of vaccinations.

Do you kennel overnight?

Although we are an open concept facility, we do recommend kennelling over night. 
Think of it as having a bedroom door that closes! 

Fido not great in a kennel?
No problem!  We’re staffed 24 hours 7 days a week so kennel free sleeping arrangements
​are always welcome and always accommodated!

What are your drop off times?

Drop off times are between 6:30am and 12pm (noon) and 9am-12pm (noon) on weekends and holidays.  Early drop offs allow each dog to be properly introduced and integrated into the group and allows them to tire out with the rest of their friend so everyone can get a good nights sleep!

What time is pick up?

Pick up for boarding is by noon on the last day.  Clients are more than welcome to
pick up as late as 7pm on weekdays and 5pm weekends and holidays but a
$30 fee will be applied to cover the final/last day of daycare.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETS OR MEDICATIONS?

You bet!  Each dog is different so we firmly believe that special diets and medication administration
​should always be accommodated and always be at no extra charge.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR FIDO'S STAY?

We supply beds, kennels and bowls so all we need is Fido and food!  We accommodate all diets but make sure to bring enough food to last a few days past Fido's stay.  We offer a veterinary, gastro diet meal replacement at $3 per small meal and $5 per large meal.  If Fido has allergies or a special diet we will run out and purchase the food he came with for a $20 pick-up fee.

Can my dog be groomed while boarding?

We have the best groomers in city, so make sure to book as far in advance as possible as grooming is based on availability. 
​Boarding guests are given priority for last minute cancellations.

DO YOU HAVE BLACK OUT DATES

Black out dates on package pricing are from Friday - Monday on long weekends, and from December 15 - January 7th.
Black out dates allow us to maintain the highest quality of care while still being able to offer the most competitive rates
in the city all while providing living wages and fully paid benefits to our incredible staff!
